We are often asked if there are any places to eat along any of our recommended rides. We are happy to report that there are excellent options for a relaxing meal or a quick bite as you ride along the way.
1) The Shoreline Ride – Confederation Trail
A) Dreadnaught Eatery
Located at the corner of St. Peter’s Road & Coffin Rd in Morell. Dine in or Take out. A locals favourite with fresh seafood dishes, Island Blue Mussels, inventive desserts, and “The Leroy” – winner of the “Most Loved Burger Love” 2025.
B) Holy Cow
Located on St. Peter’s Road in Morell. Weekly burger specials, wings and fries, cold beer, Wednesday Wing Night, and Music Bingo. Winner of the Most Loved Burger Love 2021. Open 7 days all summer.
C) Pie Oh My Take Out
On the wharf at Red Head Harbour. Neapolitan-inspired pizza, wings, and salads. Umbrella seating with a view. 2025 New Business of the Year. Open Thursday to Monday in summer.
D) The Seafood Shack
Behind the Irving Station on St. Peter’s Road in Morell. Try the Lobster Wontons, Lobster Rolls, and the Best Lobster Chowder on the planet. “Most Loved Burger Love 2024.” Eat in or Take Out! Open 7 days all summer.
E) In the Mix Bakery
104 Main Street, Mt Stewart. Full menu including breakfast. Home-style bakery goods. Eat in or Take Out. Closed Sundays in summer.
2) Greenwich Trail Ride Adventure
A) The Golden Dory
Located on Greenwich Road. Fresh classic Island food for Take Out or dine on the deck overlooking St. Peter’s Bay. On the road to the National Park. Consistently 5⭐️ reviews.
3) The Ride to Shipwreck Point
A) Snack Shack
Located at Naufrage Harbour. Honest menu with local favourites and ice cream. Take out to picnic tables with the best view in eastern PEI.
4) St. Peter’s Bay Eateries
A) Black and White Café/Bistro
Breakfast, lunch, and baked goods all day. Eat in or Take Out to a view of St. Peter’s Bay.
B) Fryers Hut Food Truck
Fresh cut fries and local favourite dishes made from local suppliers.
